Demotion Due to Pregnancy

separator

Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin is prohibited in an employment context. Title VII includes discrimination on the basis of pregnancy within the category of unlawful gender discrimination.

This means that an employer may not terminate or demote a qualified employee simply because she is pregnant.

We take all our pregnancy discrimination cases on a contingent fee basis.  This means there are no up front fees and you will not be responsible for attorney fees unless and until we win your case.

If you would like more information from our pregnancy discrimination attorneys, or would like to review your current case, please contact us at (916) 245-2219 for a free consultation.

We are dedicated to representing women who have been treated unfairly or experience demotion due to pregnancy.

All e-mail and form submissions will be personally responded to by our qualified pregnancy discrimination attorneys. You may call our number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we promise to help you immediately.
