Sexual Harassment By Supervisor

Suit was recently filed in Orange County Superior Court claiming that the former police chief sexually harassed a former police dispatcher whose employment ended in Feb 2012. According to the L.A. Times, the female dispatcher alleges that the chief used his position to harass and intimidate her.  For instance, she claims he made inappropriate sexual comments over the course of three years.  Source: Los Angeles Times, “Ex-Newport Beach dispatcher claims sexual harassment by chief in suit.”
